ABOUT ANNE MCCRAITH

All enquiries are personally handled by Anne, who is a lawyer of over 30 years’ experience. Anne has a Bachelor of Law degree and a Masters of Applied Law in Wills & Estates. She has also been granted a Fellowship of the College of Law. She has been admitted to the High Court in Ireland as well as the Supreme Court of NSW.

Anne is approachable and dedicated and will provide each client with prompt advice tailored to their particular issues or concerns.  Anne is focused on understanding what results you want and to helping you understand what actions she can take on your behalf. Anne will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them.

Anne offers fixed fee payment arrangements in most legal areas, so that you know from the outset how much your legal issue will cost to resolve.  In areas where a fixed fee is not possible, Anne provides clear and transparent information about costs and fees so that her clients understand and are comfortable with the charges and the services they are receiving for them.
